What Cavitation & RF Are
Ultrasonic Cavitation
Cavitation uses low‑frequency ultrasound waves to disrupt fat cell membranes. The contents of the fat cells are released and naturally processed by the body over time. This treatment is ideal for areas like the abdomen, thighs, arms, and flanks.
Radio Frequency (RF)
RF uses controlled heat to stimulate collagen, tighten skin, and improve circulation. It enhances the results of cavitation by improving firmness and overall tone.
Both treatments are non‑invasive, comfortable, and require no downtime.
Who Is a Good Candidate
You may be a good candidate if you:
- Want to improve body contour without surgery
- Have stubborn areas resistant to diet and exercise
- Want firmer, tighter skin
- Are willing to follow hydration and aftercare guidelines
- Are generally healthy and free of contraindications

Contraindications
These treatments are not suitable for clients with:
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding
- Pacemaker or implanted electrical device
- Metal implants in the treatment area
- Active cancer
- Epilepsy
- Severe heart disease
- Uncontrolled hypertension
- Active infection or open wounds
- Blood clotting disorders or anticoagulant use
- Recent surgery (within 3 months)
- Hernia in or near the treatment area
Use caution or seek clearance if you have:
- Diabetes
- Autoimmune disorders
- Liver or kidney impairment
- Varicose veins
- Sensory impairment
- Recent cosmetic procedures
- Medications affecting healing or sensitivity
- Notify your provider of any new medications, surgeries, or skin irritation.
What to Expect During Treatment
- Cavitation may create a temporary ringing sound in the ears (normal).
- RF produces a warm, comfortable heat.
- Treatments are non‑invasive and require no downtime.
- Mild redness or warmth afterward is normal.
- Sessions typically last 30–60 minutes depending on the area.
Pre‑Care Instructions
- Drink 2–3 cups of water.
- Limit caffeine and avoid alcohol for 24 hours.
- Arrive with clean, product‑free skin.
- Avoid exfoliation or active skincare for 24 hours.
- Eat a light meal 1–2 hours before.
- Wear loose, comfortable clothing.
- Notify your provider of any new medications, surgeries, or skin irritation.
Aftercare Instructions
- Drink 6–8 cups of water over the next 24–48 hours.
- Continue increased hydration for 72 hours.
- Light movement is encouraged.
- Avoid strenuous workouts for 24 hours if tender.
- Avoid alcohol, high‑sodium foods, heavy meals, smoking/vaping, and saunas for 48–72 hours.
- Moisturize normally.
- Avoid exfoliation or active acids for 24 hours.
- Mild redness, warmth, tenderness, or increased urination are normal.
